I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s pretty expensive and you won’t be able to fully digest it. It’s best to stick with heavy cream, peanut butter, or melted ice cream.
I wouldn't recommend it. Olive oil in big quantities can be used to "clean" your stomach and make you puke everything out when you have eaten something bad.
I can recommend using it to garnish your dishes at least. any boiled veggies go great with it. it's a good wa to add some extra calories I assume.
